First I want to take the time to thank you for stopping in and checking
out our small store.

A little about us:

We are the parents to three beautiful children one of which has
Autism. Joshua our six year has benefited from a Gluten Free diet in
ways only Parents dream of. As we watched how he still benefits from
a Gluten Free diet (as well as the rest of the family), my husband and I
decided to market some of our flours which are ready made and
maintained in a Gluten Free environment to help other families who if
for other reasons such as Celiac disease, Autism,or just a better or
different diet, need to have a Gluten Free products can have these
flours available to them. I know nowadays Parents for one reason or
another do not have the time to stay home and make their own flours
so we wanted to help those that can not by providing a solution and
helping our son at the same time.
